Property Investment

We have a diverse portfolio of investment property assets across a range of sectors and geographies. We regularly evaluate our portfolio to ensure it covers a range of risk profiles and delivers long-term returns; reducing concentration risk in single-assets and single-locations. We focus on a few core sectors (office, business parks, industrial/logistics, student accommodation and residential) which reflect our strong in-house skills, knowledge base and network.

Property Investment Assets

Elizabeth and Juno Way Industrial Estate

We have actively managed and developed this key asset in London since 2000. Now a thriving mixed industrial and distribution hub for South London, it plugs an industrial stock gap for SMEs, as well as national brands, including DHL.

Unity Campus, South Cambridge

A new 260,000 sq ft (24,155 sq m), high-specification business park designed to complement and support the South Cambridge life science and technology cluster; bringing the benefits of an innovative business community to Sawston.

Spillers Mill, CB1 Cambridge

In 2015, we acquired Spillers Mill, a historic flour mill, following it’s redevelopment (by Hill Residential) to create 19 apartments. Located adjacent to Cambridge central train station, it is in the heart of the CB1 gateway regeneration project.

Asset Management with Purpose

We constantly evaluate our portfolio, searching for ways in which we can deliver additional value to our stakeholders, customers and the communities that interact with them. We actively manage all our assets and are rigorous in our focus on meeting our customers’ needs and developing flexible products which are attractive to occupiers and which contribute positively to the thriving communities around them.
