Property Development

Property development is at the core of what we do and we have strong and experienced team active across most sectors. We create and enhance social and commercial value by carefully considering the right opportunities to pursue and delivering best in class developments of the highest institutional quality. Our projects range in nature, from enhancements to our existing investment properties where we see development potential, through to the acquisition of sites and delivery of new developments with experienced joint venture partners who share our vision and value.

We typically acquire land with Howard Group cash and can therefore analyse and transact on acquisitions diligently and expediently.

Our ideal Gross Development Value for solus projects is £5-20m.

For larger schemes (£20m+) we work closely with like-minded joint-venture or funding partners.

Our Geographical Focus

We are focussed on investment and development activity within the east of England, with particular interest in Cambridge, London and Oxford and the corridors linking them (M1, A1, M11). We are also able to work more widely to support existing occupier relationships and their property needs.
