Katherine joined the Group in March 2021 as Director – Investment & Asset Management to directly address the Group’s strategic priority to grow the core investment business. She was previously Fund Manager for the UK Outlet Mall Partnership at Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world. Having first joined Nuveen in 2006, Katherine held a variety of positions within the organisation including Board Director and Asset Manager, The Bullring Limited Partnership and Head of Asset Management for UK Retail Warehousing. Prior to this, Katherine worked at both Savills and Aviva plc, with cross sector experience including retail, leisure, office and industrial. Katherine holds a BSc Hons in Land Management and Development from Reading University.
