Flexible office specialist Mantle Space signs six-year lease for flagship space in Cambridge


Leading regional property investor and developer Howard Group is delighted to confirm the letting of 22,500 sq ft of office space at 95 Regent Street, Cambridge to flexible office specialist Mantle Space.

As well as the contemporary cat A office space, meeting rooms and breakout areas, the six-year lease includes access and use of the building’s amazing roof terrace that can accommodate events for up to 70 people.

Located in the heart of the city, the building is just a 10-minute walk from Cambridge train station with immediate access to excellent amenities including cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, leisure facilities (gym, swimming, yoga) and the famous open green space of Parker’s Piece.

Howard Group comprehensively refurbished the Portland stone former Lloyds Bank building in 2019 from tired 1970’s accommodation into modern office spaces filled with natural light. Mantle Space joins UK early-stage technology venture fund IQ Capital in the building.

The property is Mantle Space's third flexible working space in Cambridge and will house more than 400 desks for some of the fastest-growing businesses in the Cambridge ecosystem.
