Thomas joined us in October 2023 to support the Group’s Investment and Asset Management activities. Thomas’ initial focus will be on implementing strategic asset plan initiatives across the portfolio, including leasing and redevelopment activity at Elizabeth and Juno Way Industrial Estates in Lewisham and reviewing the Group’s residential portfolio for future growth. Thomas will also be integrally involved in shaping the portfolio towards achieving the Group’s Centenary Vision to achieve net zero carbon by 2035. Thomas joins Howard Group from JLL, where he spent the last five years, most recently in the Industrial & Logistics Agency team, with responsibility for a portfolio of clients across Hertfordshire and East Anglia.
