Rick is responsible for the Group’s financial strategy, treasury, taxation, and reporting. He joined in 2020, bringing more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance, including senior roles at Derwent London PLC, Aviva Investors Real Estate, Multiplex Developments, and Chelsfield PLC. Rick qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG and holds a degree in Business Economics from Durham University.
