Nicholas leads the overall management of the Howard Group of Companies, encompassing Howard Property Group and Howard Capital Partners. He was CEO of the business for 20 years, before becoming Executive Chairman in August 2026.

Prior to joining the Group in 1999, Nicholas spent ten years with The BOC Group in roles spanning change management, marketing, communications, product development, and global supply management. He is also a Trustee of several charities.
