Andy Creighton

Andy is responsible for leading Howard Group’s property activity, including its investment, development and asset management functions.  He joined in November 2025 following previous senior leadership roles in investment management at Cromwell Property Group,  Aberdeen PLC, and Henderson Global Investors. With over 30 years’ experience in pan-European real estate markets, Andy brings deep expertise in both real estate and corporate transactions, joint ventures and sustainability initiatives. He has strong links to Cambridge having studied at Downing College and invested in several assets within the city.
