Fred joined us in May 2022 as Asset Manager to support the Group’s Investment and Asset Management activities. Fred will help drive value and income across the property investment portfolio, in line with our financial, environmental and social responsibilities as a long-term investor. Most recently Fred worked at Alchemy Asset Management, a boutique asset manager based in London, and prior to this also spent time with Cushman & Wakefield and Land Securities. Fred brings with him some excellent exposure to asset management, development and investment activity across office, retail and residential uses, with a keen interest in environmental sustainability.
